The lab

Ducks with weight

Ten rubber ducks running real physics. The cursor is a solid ball, so you shove them rather than pick them up. There is no gravity and no floor: each duck pulls itself back toward the middle.

Pizza that comes apart

Click anywhere and every pizza on screen opens into its eight slices. Click again and they close up.

Bananas, with depth

A field of them drifting past the camera, the near ones thrown out of focus by a real depth-of-field pass rather than a blurred image. The speed is yours to set.

Avocados

Eighty of them drifting up past the camera, the far ones out of focus. Click one and the stone pops out. Move the cursor and they get out of its way.

Writing that reads a 3D object

A page of text that breaks itself around whatever the object beside it happens to be. Drag it and the paragraphs move under your hand. The text is never told what the shape is, so send a model and the writing makes room for that instead.

An object posed by the scrollbar

A 3D object held in place by the browser's own sticky positioning, moving through five poses as the writing scrolls past it. No animation library, no scroll library, no build step. Click the object to change what it is made of.

Each of these is something we can build into a site. None of them needs a library, a subscription or a platform.
