Sites and applications built from scratch for what you actually need, instead of forcing your business into a template. That can be a simple, fast marketing site, or a full application with logins, dashboards, bookings, and payments. You own the code and the content, with no monthly platform rent and no vendor lock-in.
A private admin panel where you edit your own site: text, listings, prices, team members, and links. Upload photos and video, swap the background, change the colours. No developer needed for day-to-day changes, and no WordPress plugins to keep patched. This very site runs on one I built.
A booking page on your own site where clients pick a time themselves, day or night, with no phone tag. The appointment lands on your calendar and on theirs, whether they use iPhone, Google, or Outlook, with a video link if the meeting needs one. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically, and a cancellation puts the slot straight back up for someone else. Your real availability drives it: working hours, how much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, buffers between appointments, and a feed from the schedule you already keep, so nobody books you while you are on shift.
Get paid on your own site instead of chasing people afterwards. Card and PayPal checkout for deposits, invoices, fixed-price services, and recurring plans, with the prices set by you in the admin panel rather than by me in a support ticket. A deposit taken at the moment of booking is the simplest cure for no-shows, and it comes with a written refund policy so the terms are settled before the money moves.
Confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and quotes that send themselves, from your own domain rather than a Gmail address that lands in spam. Templates fill in each client's name and appointment details, replies come back into one place instead of scattering across inboxes, and the unsubscribe and postal address rules that apply to marketing email are handled for you.
Every enquiry, appointment, payment, and email filed against the person it belongs to, so a client's whole history is one click away instead of buried in your inbox. Search, notes, exports, and proper deletion when someone asks for it. Enough CRM for a small business, without the per-seat monthly bill or the two-week setup.
Your site is served from Cloudflare's network of data centers in hundreds of cities, so it loads fast for visitors anywhere and stays up under traffic spikes. Workers run your code, KV and R2 store data and images, and SSL is automatic. For most small business traffic, hosting costs land at or near zero per month.
Real-estate sites wired directly into the MLS through IDX, so visitors search every active listing on your own domain and each searcher becomes your lead in your CRM. Built to run in several languages at once, with the right one chosen per domain or per visitor.
Ongoing care after launch: content updates, new sections, dependency and security updates, uptime and form monitoring, backups, and fixing whatever breaks. You get one person who already knows your setup instead of a ticket queue.
Moving domains between registrars such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Cloudflare without downtime and without breaking your email. If you would rather keep the domain where it is, I can point DNS at your new site and leave ownership and billing exactly where they are.
Knowing which pages and channels actually bring you business, not just counting visits. I set up Google Analytics and straightforward conversion tracking for calls, forms, and bookings, and make sure the numbers mean something to you. For deep ecommerce funnels or complex tag setups, I will tell you when a specialist is the better call.
Creating, verifying, and optimizing Google Business Profiles so you show up in local search and on Maps, and recovering them when things go wrong: suspended listings, profiles an old agency or ex-employee still controls, lost account access, and duplicates splitting your reviews. Covers categories, service areas, hours, photos, review handling, and keeping your name, address, and phone consistent everywhere.
Servers and storage you own. I run a Proxmox high-availability cluster with TrueNAS and 50TB in RAID, plus Docker services behind a reverse proxy with secure remote access. The same approach works for businesses that want their files, backups, or internal tools in house instead of on someone else's subscription.
Language models wired into something that does a job, rather than a chat box bolted to the corner of a page. A helper that answers from your own content, a form that routes itself, a draft written before anyone opens the document. Retrieval comes first, so the model only ever speaks about material you gave it, and a question your content cannot answer is refused instead of guessed at — which is the difference between a useful assistant and one that confidently invents a price. The helper on this site is the working example: it quotes real numbers from the same source the pricing page reads, and says plainly when it has nothing to go on.
Models running on hardware you own, instead of per-request billing that grows with your traffic and sends your input to somebody else's server. That matters most when the input is client records, contracts or anything you would not paste into a public tool. This site's own helper runs on a GPU in a house: embeddings computed ahead of time so a question costs one short lookup, rate limits per visitor and a ceiling for the whole day so an open endpoint cannot run up a bill, and a health check that removes the feature from the page when the machine is off rather than leaving a button that apologises.
Automation and data work: scripts that remove repetitive tasks, data cleanup and analysis, and computer-vision projects such as real-time sign-language recognition on a Raspberry Pi. Practical models and pipelines rather than buzzwords.
Custom hardware and firmware: ESP32 and Raspberry Pi devices, e-paper displays, sensors, GPS logging, and Home Assistant automations. Useful when the answer is not a website but a physical device that reports, displays, or controls something.
I work, write, and support clients in both English and Spanish, and I have shipped sites running in English, Spanish, and Portuguese at the same time. Helpful in South Florida, where half your customers may not read your site in the same language.
